## What You'll Do
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Monitor and document patient vital signs and conditions
- Assist with wound care, catheter care, and other nursing procedures
- Communicate with RNs, physicians, and families regarding patient status
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the EHR system
